Swank Enterprises set out to bring Pioneer League baseball to the Flathead Valley — delivering not just a stadium, but a lasting community asset for generations to come. The stadium was built into the natural grade of the site, preserving scenic views and improving accessibility, while allowing excavation to move forward even as design work continued in parallel.

The scope of work behind the project tells its own story: 55,000 CY of dirt moved, 2,800 CY of concrete placed, 31,000 SF of concrete walls, 1,800 LF of heavy timber, and 2,250 seats installed. None of it would have come together without teamwork — from the owner and architects to subcontractors and suppliers, every partner worked side by side with the Swank team under an extremely aggressive schedule and through Montana winter conditions.

Innovation and problem solving played a key role in keeping the project on track. A hybrid precast seating system cut installation time from 12 weeks down to just 4 weeks, helping the team meet a demanding timeline. Designed and built in only 10 months, the stadium opened its doors on June 13, 2022 — right on schedule.

The result is a 70,000-SF, 5,500-seat multipurpose stadium that exceeded expectations for both the owner and the community, standing today as a proud new home for the Glacier Range Riders baseball in the Flathead Valley.
