When a well known general contractor known for tackling some of North America's most demanding projects needed a team to build their own corporate headquarters, they put the field through a competitive interview process — going head-to-head against some of the state's best, Swank Enterprises won the project and delivered it with outstanding success.

The building itself was designed to move. Sweeping curves and organic geometry replaced the expected square corners, calling for a graceful, technically demanding interplay of glass, brick, and steel throughout. Every phase of construction had to honor that fluidity without sacrificing precision.
